These terms apply to browsing, content, contact forms and every other function of hercules.com.gr. Use of the website requires compliance with these terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Information only — quotations and contracts

  • The website provides an indicative presentation of the company, its capabilities, services, products and projects; it is not an online shop.
  • Submitting a form, email or other enquiry does not constitute an order, acceptance of work, date reservation, guarantee of availability or conclusion of a contract.
  • A binding engagement arises only through a specific written quotation or contract and its acceptance in the stated manner. If there is any conflict, the specific quotation or contract prevails.

Projects and results

Project pages may describe completed work, studies, work in progress, proposed solutions or illustrative applications. The relevant page identifies the nature and stage of each case. Previous results do not guarantee the same outcome at another installation.

Intellectual and industrial property

Unless stated otherwise, the website structure, text, logo, designs, graphics, photographs, video and other content are owned by Hercules or lawfully used under licence.
