Technical challenge
A remote open command is not sufficient on its own. Movement must know its limits, monitor the passage zone and provide clear warning before and during operation, without relying exclusively on a mobile app.
Technical design for a new controller, photocells, limit switches, visual/audible warning and remote control.
The existing gate required a new control logic and a clear upgrade of movement-monitoring devices. The design addresses functionality, app-based access and the conditions for safe stopping or reversal as one system.

A remote open command is not sufficient on its own. Movement must know its limits, monitor the passage zone and provide clear warning before and during operation, without relying exclusively on a mobile app.
The application is an additional control channel, not the only operating safeguard.
Safety logic must be confirmed at commissioning through real obstruction and limit tests.
Final conformity depends on the mechanism, mechanical parts and on-site assessment—not only on the controller.
The technical design, operating logic and principal bill of materials have been completed. Installation and commissioning are pending; therefore, a completed functional upgrade is not yet claimed.
Access automation must not be designed as “a relay that opens”. It is a movement system with sensors, limits, warnings, fallback and real field testing.
The client identity, exact location and site photographs are not published. This presentation is limited to the real technical scope and the verified project stage.
